Second-Team All-SEC in 2009-10...Decided to skip his final two years of eligibility to enter this draft...Averaged 17.9 ppg and 5.9 apg last season while also coming up with 5.4 rpg, proof of his all-around ability...While a lack of ideal size (5-10) is the biggest knock on Fortson, the fact that he is so accomplished on the boards quiets some concern, especially when considering his tremendous leaping ability...Is truly electric in the open court and plays the game at an off-the-charts energy level...Turnovers were a major problem for Fortson at Arkansas, as he gave the ball away nearly four-and-a-half times per outing...Was suspended on more than one occasion, so character certainly has to be questioned.
