Description: Blue Jays starter Kyle Drabek was placed on the 60-day disabled list Monday. He's trying to recover from right elbow surgery.
Insight: The son of Doug Drabek, Kyle was one of the key pieces in the deal that brought Roy Halladay to Philadelphia, but has yet to live up to the promised he showed in the minors. At this point he should not be expected to contribute to fantasy rosters this season.

Description: Blue Jays starter Kyle Drabek left the game in the fifth inning after he said he felt a "popping sensation" in the right elbow.
Insight: Drabek had a 4.43 ERA and 1.57 WHIP overall, including 45 walks in 67 innings, entering today's game and has yet to show Toronto fans and fantasy owners the talent that made him the centerpiece of the Roy Halladay trade. Until he turns it around he'll have little to no fantasy value.

Description: Blue Jays starter Kyle Drabek, owned in 11 percent of Yahoo! leagues, is a solid streaming option Wednesday against Washington. Drabek has dominated opponents at home.
Insight: Drabek has a 4.43 ERA and 1.57 WHIP overall, including 45 walks in 67 innings, but he's 3-2 with a 1.95 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and just 14 walks in 32 1/3 innings over five home starts this season. He's risky due to his command issues, but tomorrow would be one of the better days to stream him.

6/2/2012 5:08:00 PM
Description: Blue Jays starter Kyle Drabek has had his season come undone in his past two outings. After allowing nine runs on eight hits in three innings against Texas on May 27, Drabek gave up five runs (four earned) on six hits and four walks in 6 2/3 innings against Boston on Saturday.
Insight: Drabek's ERA has skyrocketed from 3.27 to 4.65 in that span. The young right-hander is still struggling with his command, as evidenced by his 41 walks -- second most in baseball -- in 62 innings.
