Description: Pittsburgh minor league pitching prospect Andy Oliver is gotten out of the gate quickly. In two starts he's pitched 11 innings, yielding just five hits and zero runs while striking out 11 batters and walking six.
Insight: Oliver has alwasy been close to a strikeout-an-inning guy, but has done little else to impress the big club or fantasy owners with a 4.88 ERA and a 1.618 WHIP in 2012. If he gets his wildness under control he could be a viable fantasy starter some day.
