Heat re-sign Varnado, ink Andersen to 10-day contract Miami, FL (Sports Network) - The Miami Heat brought forward Jarvis Varnado back for a second 10-day contract on Sunday. The club also signed forward/center Chris Andersen to a 10-day deal. Varnado, who was signed by the Heat on Jan. 9, has totaled two points and two blocks in two games with Miami.
