Description: Clippers guard Darren Collison missed Sunday's game with a stomach virus and is questionable for Monday's game against Denver.
Insight: With J.J. Redick, Jamal Crawford and Collison out and Jared Dudley not part of the rotation at the moment, the Clippers started Willie Green Sunday. Green has posted double-digit points in three consecutive games and is a viable option if Collison is still sidelined.
Description: Clippers guard Darren Collison will miss Sunday's game with an illness, according to Dan Woike of the Orange County Register.
Insight: With J.J. Redick, Jamal Crawford and Collison out and Jared Dudley not part of the rotation at the moment, the Clippers will start Willie Green Sunday. Collison averaged 16.6 points, 3.6 assists, 2.1 rebounds, 1.8 steals, 1.5 threes last eight games (seven starts).
Description: Clippers guard Darren Collison continues to post big numbers with Jamal Crawford out of the lineup.
Insight: Collison is averaging 18.0 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 4.0 apg, 1.8 spg over the past six games. Crawford has missed four of the past five games and apparently came back too soon from his calf injury and could miss more time.
Description: Los Angeles forward Jared Dudley will miss his third game in a row Monday against Phoenix. SOURCE: Dan Woike, Orange County Register
Insight: Dudley's back is still giving him problems. Hedo Turkoglu (2.6 ppg, 2.7 rpg) and Danny Granger (8.1 ppg) will continue to backup starter Matt Barnes (9.0 ppg, 4.4 rpg) at the small forward position.
Description: Los Angeles guard Jamal Crawford (calf) said he returned too soon from his injury and will miss Monday's game, according to Arash Markazi of ESPN.
Insight: Crawford played just 10 minutes in his return Saturday after missing three games with a left calf strain. He said he needs to strengthen the calf before attempting another comeback. Darren Collison will continue to start after averaging 33.6 minutes, 17.6 points, 4.0 assists, 2.6 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.8 threes his last five games.
Description: Make it 23 games in a row with 20+ points for Blake Griffin after he had 27 Saturday in the Clippers' win over the Hawks.
Insight: Griffin has the Clippers record for most consecutive 20-point games. The power forward's game has soared to new heights this season and he has produced 26.8 ppg, 9.3 rpg, 3.9 apg and 1.1 spg over his last 39 games.
Description: Los Angeles center DeAndre Jordan has 33 double-doubles in 64 games this season after putting up just 12 in 82 games last season.
Insight: Jordan leads the NBA with 13.9 rebounds per game and a .663 field-goal percentage. Andre Drummond is the next closest player in field-goal percentage and he's shooting 61.7 percent. Throw in 10.3 ppg, 2.4 bpg and 1.0 spg and you have yourself a top-15 fantasy center despite his putrid .457 free-throw percentage.
Description: Los Angeles guard Jamal Crawford (calf) will play Saturday against the Hawks, according to Dan Woike of the Orange County Register.
Insight: Crawford (19.0 ppg) missed the last three games, and he'll come off the bench in his return after starting his last nine games. Crawford has averaged nine fewer minutes per game in his 37 games off the bench than in his 23 games as a starter. Los Angeles will stick with Darren Collison (19 ppg, 4.0 apg, 2.0 spg, 2.0 3pg last four games) at shooting guard for now.
Description: It doesn't look like Los Angeles guard Jamal Crawford is close to returning from a strained calf. SOURCE: ESPN Los Angeles
Insight: Crawford (19.0 ppg) has sat out three games in a row and we doubt he plays Saturday against the Hawks. Darren Collison has benefited the most from his absence, averaging 19 ppg over his last three appearances.
Description: Clippers shooting guard Jamal Crawford won't be in the lineup Thursday against the Lakers.
Insight: Crawford's calf has been bothering him for about a week. There's a decent chance he'll be back for Saturday's game with Atlanta. Until then, expect Darren Collison to absorb most of his minutes.
Description: Clippers small forward Jared Dudley left Tuesday's game with back spasms and is questionable for Thursday's game against the LA Lakers.
Insight: Dudley began the season as the starting small forward but averaged just 8.7 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 1.6 apg and 1.5 3pg in the first 42 games. In 20 games since losing his job to Matt Barnes, he has averaged 17.7 mpg, 4.4 ppg, 2.4 rpg, 1.3 apg and 0.6 mpg which means he can be released from all fantasy rosters.
Description: Clippers guard Jamal Crawford (strained calf) has been downgraded to doubtful for Thursday's game against the Lakers, according to Dan Woike of the Orange County Register.
Insight: Crawford was given a timetable of 2-3 games and he has missed the last two. Darren Collison started in his place in both and should have another strong game Thursday, as should Matt Barnes, who had 28 points Tuesday.
Description: Clippers guard Jamal Crawford (strained calf) could return from his injury Thursday against the Lakers. "Jamal is doing great, actually," coach Doc Rivers said. "I anticipate (him playing) maybe as early as the next game or maybe a couple of games after that." SOURCE: latimes.com.
Insight: Crawford was given a timetable of 2-3 games and he has missed the last two. Darren Collison started in his place in both but will go back to backing up Chris Paul when Crawford returns.
Description: Clippers small forward Jared Dudley left Tuesday's game with back spasms.
Insight: Dudley began the season as the starting small forward but averaged just 8.7 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 1.6 apg and 1.5 3pg in the first 42 games. In 20 games since losing his job to Matt Barnes, he has averaged 17.7 mpg, 4.4 ppg, 2.4 rpg, 1.3 apg and 0.6 3pg.
Description: Clippers forward Matt Barnes dropped 28 points in 40 minutes Tuesday at Phoenix.
Insight: Barnes has scored in double figures in six straight games and averaged 33.2 mpg, 17.3 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 3.3 3pg, 2.3 apg and 1.0 spg in that span. His outburst has come at a good time, as the Clippers are playing without J.J. Redick (back) and Jamal Crawford (calf).
Description: Clippers guard Jamal Crawford is expected to miss Tuesday's game against Phoenix with a minor strained calf injury.
Insight: The team just signed Danny Granger and will need him and Darren Collison to fill in for Crawford. Prior to suffering the injury in Wednesday's game, Crawford had scored 19 or more points in 18 of his previous 19 games while averaging 24.2 ppg in that span.
Description: Danny Granger has signed with the Los Angeles Clippers, according to Ramona Shelburne of espn.com.
Insight: Granger was traded from Indiana to Philadelphia at the deadline and then bought out of his contract. He averaged 8.3 points on 35.9 percent shooting in 22.5 minutes per game with the Pacers this season and no longer has the legs to be a fantasy option. Even with Jamal Crawford's expected 2-3 game absence, there's no need to pick up Granger.
Description: Clippers guard Jamal Crawford is expected to miss 2-3 games with a minor left calf strain, according to espnlosangeles.com.
Insight: Prior to suffering the injury in Wednesday's game, Crawford had scored 19 or more points in 18 of his previous 19 games while averaging 24.2 ppg in that span. The team just signed Danny Granger and will need him and Darren Collison to fill in for Crawford.
Description: Clippers guard Jamal Crawford (calf) is questionable for Saturday's game, according to the Orange County Register. Crawford suffered a mild left calf strain in the first half Wednesday and didn't return in the second.
Insight: Coach Doc Rivers admitted he was concerned because it was a non-contact injury, but Crawford avoided the worst. Prior to Wednesday's game, Crawford had scored 19 or more points in 18 of his previous 19 games while averaging 24.2 ppg in that span. His injury may cause the Clippers to hasten their signing of Danny Granger.
Description: Los Angeles point guard Chris Paul produced another strong outing Monday against New Orleans.
Insight: Paul collected 19 points to go with 13 assists, four rebounds and two steals. He's gone 14-for-14 from the free throw line over his last two games. The Clippers only get one night off before hosting Houston at the Staples Center on Wednesday.
Description: Updating an earlier report, Los Angeles forward Glen Davis won't be on the court Monday against New Orleans. He still has to take his physical. SOURCE: Clippers on Twitter
Insight: Davis (12.1 ppg, 6.3 rpg) only cleared waivers yesterday so maybe it was a little unrealistic to expect him to suit up tonight. Regardless, he should be ready to go Wednesday against the Rockets.
Description: Clippers forward Glen Davis should be active for Monday night's game against the Pelicans. SOURCE: Brad Turner, Los Angeles Times
Insight: Davis signed with Los Angeles after clearing waivers on Sunday. Prior to being bought out by the Magic, Davis was averaging 12.1 ppg on 45.3 percent shooting. His fantasy value won't be nearly as high now that he's backing up Blake Griffin.
Description: Los Angeles guard Chris Paul just missed out on a triple-double Sunday against Oklahoma City.
Insight: Paul finished with 18 points, 12 assists and eight boards as the Clippers held on for an eight-point win. The sprained thumb Paul suffered Friday versus Memphis didn't seem to be an issue. Look for Paul to have another big outing Monday against the Pelicans.
Description: Clippers forward Matt Barnes scored 24 points Sunday against the Thunder, his most since Jan. 15.
Insight: Barnes has averaged 29 minutes per game in 16 games since entering the starting lineup in place of Jared Dudley, but he's managed just 9.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.6 threes and 0.9 steals in that span.
Description: Clippers guard Jamal Crawford's tear continued as he scored 36 points Sunday at Oklahoma City.
Insight: That makes seven straight games with at least 21 points for Crawford, who has averaged 25.3 ppg in February. He'll continue to start at shooting guard for another few weeks with J.J. Redick sidelined.
Description: Glen Davis will sign with the Clippers when he clears waivers at 5 p.m. ET Sunday, according to Marc J. Spears of yahoosports.com.
Insight: The Magic bought out Davis' contract a few days ago. Davis averaged 30.1 minutes, 12.1 points and 6.3 rebounds per game with Orlando but he won't see nearly that much time as a backup to Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan. Both players average 36 minutes per game, leaving 24 minutes for the reserves to share.
Description: Los Angeles guard Chris Paul sprained his right thumb in Friday's game against Memphis.
Insight: Paul could end up missing a few games because of the injury. If true Darren Collison will pick up his minutes and be a viable fantasy option. He's averaging 13.4 ppg, 2.6 rpg, 6.3 apg when starting for Paul this season.
Description: Los Angeles guard Chris Paul contributed 18 points, six boards and 14 assists in Friday night's loss to Memphis.
Insight: Paul only committed one turnover in his 39 minutes of court time. He didn't shoot the ball particularly well (4-for-13) but at least he made most of his free throws (9-of-11). Paul and the Clippers will be back in action Sunday against the Thunder.
Description: Clippers forward Blake Griffin has scored 35 or more points in five of his last six games.
Insight: Griffin has put up 20 or more points in 14 straight games and averaged 30.1 points, 8.9 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.1 steals in that span. The power forward has taken his game to a superstar level this season.
Description: Clippers guard J.J. Redick will not play Tuesday, according to Janis Carr of the Orange County Register.
Insight: Redick (15.7 ppg) missed the last four games before the All-Star break with hip and back issues and he's not ready to play yet. Jamal Crawford will continue to pick up most of the shooting guard minutes.
Description: Clippers forward Blake Griffin left Sunday's game with a shin injury but was back on the court minutes later.
Insight: What matters most isn't Griffin's shin injury, which appears to pretty minor. It's that the Clippers got off to a massive 46-15 lead after one quarter and are now in total cruise control. That means we won't see much of Griffin or any of the starters in the second half. At least Griffin and company will be well-rested for their next game Wednesday against Portland.
Description: Los Angeles point guard Chris Paul is officially active for Sunday night's game against the 76ers. SOURCE: Ralph Lawler, Clippers play-by-play
Insight: Paul sat out a month with a separated shoulder. When healthy, he's the best point guard in fantasy hoops. Even if the Clippers are cautious with Paul (19.6 ppg, 11.2 apg, 2.4 spg, 4.6 rpg) at first, fantasy owners should still start him.
Description: According to Eric Patten of Clippers.com, Los Angeles coach Doc Rivers said after Saturday's practice that he plans on playing Chris Paul (shoulder) Sunday.
Insight: Prior to practice, Rivers gave Paul a "50-50" chance of playing Sunday, but he reassessed the situation after Paul looked "great" in the session. The All-Star point guard suffered a separated shoulder on Jan. 3.
Description: Los Angeles guard Chris Paul is probable for Sunday's tilt against the Sixers. He's been out with a separated shoulder since January 3rd. SOURCE: Arash Markazi, ESPN Los Angeles
Insight: Paul (19.6 ppg, 11.2 apg, 4.6 rpg) could be on a minutes limit at first, so fantasy owners should wait before dropping Darren Collison. If Paul plays his usual 34.6 mpg right away, feel free to cut the cord on Collison.
Description: Clippers center DeAndre Jordan has put together a string of 28 straight games with double-digit rebounds.
Insight: Jordan has averaged 14.9 boards per game during the streak and leads the NBA with 14 rebounds per game on the season. Going back further, he has grabbed at least 10 rebounds in 44 of the last 47 games. Jordan also leads the NBA in field-goal percentage (.651) and is averaging 9.7 points, 2.4 blocks and 1.0 steals per game. His one flaw is a .425 free-throw percentage on 4.2 attempts per game.
Description: Clippers sixth man Jamal Crawford has been good for 20 ppg his last 28 games.
Insight: He had 27 points Saturday and has averaged 23.5 points, 4.2 assists, 2.8 threes and 2.5 rebounds his last 10 games. The 33-year-old's 18.1 ppg this season are his most since 2008-09, when he averaged 19.7 with the Knicks and Warriors.
Description: Clippers point guard Chris Paul has been working out and shooting, but there is still no concrete timetable for his return from the separated shoulder.
Insight: Paul separated his shoulder earlier this month and was given a six-week timetable for his recovery which likely means a return after the All-Star break. The Clippers are a surprising 10-3 without CP3 which could lead to the team being conservative. Fantasy owners, however, hope he's back ASAP.
Description: Clippers guard Darren Collison will be in the starting lineup Friday night against Chicago. SOURCE: Brad Turner, Los Angeles Times
Insight: Collison (9.5 ppg, 3.0 apg) has been bothered by a toe injury but it hasn't caused him to miss any time. He'll continue to fill in at point guard while Chris Paul recovers from a separated shoulder.
Description: Clippers forward Blake Griffin will start for the Western Conference in the All-Star Game on February 16th.
Insight: Griffin has been to the All-Star Game every year he's been in the league. This season, he's averaging a career-high 22.6 ppg on 52.4 percent shooting. He's also averaging double-digit rebounds (10.0 rpg).
Description: Los Angeles guard J.J. Redick has been cleared to return Friday against the Lakers. He's missed the last month and a half with a torn ligament in his wrist. SOURCE: NBA.com
Insight: Redick can be counted on for about 15 points and a couple of three-pointers most nights. Jamal Crawford might not see as many minutes with Redick back in the lineup but he still has use in most fantasy leagues while Chris Paul recovers from a shoulder injury.
Description: Los Angeles guard J.J. Redick (hand) is expected to miss at least one more week, according to ESPN.
Insight: Redick hasn't played since breaking his hand on Nov. 29. He was averaging 15.8 points, 2.0 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 1.9 threes per game while shooting .460/.927 FG/FT before the injury and should be owned in all leagues. He'll probably get some minutes at point guard when he returns with Chris Paul out six weeks.
Description: Los Angeles guard J.J. Redick has been in a soft cast for about a week and could be back before the original 6-8 week timetable.
Insight: Before the injury, Redick had been off to the best start of his career, averaging 15.8 ppg on 46 percent shooting. Jamal Crawford has averaged 17.6 ppg in the 19 games Redick has missed, but is shooting just 37.9 percent from the field.
Description: Los Angeles center DeAndre Jordan put up a career-high 25 points, 18 rebounds and three blocks Friday at Dallas.
Insight: Jordan is now tied with Kevin Love for the NBA lead in rebounds with 13.5 per game. With 9.4 ppg, 2.3 bpg, 1.0 spg to boot, Jordan is a solid fantasy center as long as you account for his .396 free-throw percentage.
Description: Clippers point guard Chris Paul will miss 3-5 weeks with a separated right shoulder, according to Yahoo! Sports. He'll receive an MRI on Sunday or Monday to determine the severity of the injury.
Insight: Paul suffered the injury Friday night. Darren Collison is a must-add in all leagues. He had 20 points, four assists and three rebounds in 35 minutes Friday against Dallas.
Description: Los Angeles point guard Chris Paul had it all working Saturday night against Utah.
Insight: Paul (21 points, ten boards, nine assists) needed one more assist for a triple-double. He also led the team with five steals. Paul's double-double streak is at six in a row. Look for him to make it seven straight Monday against Phoenix.
Description: Clippers power forward Blake Griffin was magnificent Saturday in a win against the Jazz.
Insight: He accounted for 40 of his team's 98 points. Though he did commit a season-high eight turnovers, Griffin made up for it by shooting 13-of-20 from the field. Usually Griffin's percentage from the charity stripe is in the mid-60s but he shot 82.4 percent from that distance on Saturday (14-of-17).
Description: Clippers shooting guard Jamal Crawford is averaging an even 20 ppg over his last nine games.
Insight: Crawford has put up at least 19 points in each of his last four games with an average of 22.3 ppg during that span. He's playing 38 minutes per game since entering the starting lineup compared to 27 as the sixth man.
Description: Clippers guard Chris Paul has posted five straight double-doubles.
Insight: Paul had 34 points, 16 assists, three rebounds, six steals and two threes Thursday at Portland. The 28-year-old is averaging 19.9 points, 11.5 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game and is a top-five fantasy asset.
Description: Los Angeles center DeAndre Jordan only scored four points on Sunday but he made up for it by delivering 17 rebounds.
Insight: Jordan's rebounding numbers have been off the chart this season (13.1 rpg). Unfortunately, he's shooting just 40.7 percent from the line and his 1.6 turnover per game average is a career-worst. He also has a tendency to get in foul trouble (3.3 fouls per game) but so do most centers. Even on a bad night, Jordan remains a double-double threat.
Description: Los Angeles forward Blake Griffin contributed 32 points and 10 boards in Sunday's win over Minesota.
Insight: He also had four steals. Griffin drilled 10 of his 11 free throw tries and is shooting a noticeably better 68.8 percent from the line this season. Last season, he only shot 66 percent from that distance. Overall, Griffin's 20.9 ppg scoring average is almost a three-point improvement from last season (18.0 ppg).
Description: Clippers forward Matt Barnes (eye) had 13 points, three rebounds, three assists, two steals and three blocks over 22 minutes Saturday in his return to the lineup.
Insight: Barnes underwent three surgeries on his left eye in a two-week span after suffering a retinal tear when he was poked in the eye by Zach Randolph on November 18. He'll have to play with goggles for a few weeks. Barnes was averaging 20 minutes per game before the injury but could see more time with J.J. Redick (wrist) still out.
Description: Clippers center DeAndre Jordan led the way with 20 rebounds Wednesday against New Orleans.
Insight: Jordan has collected double-digit rebounds in 11 of his last 12 games including four straight. The 25-year-old also swatted away five shots on Wednesday, his most in a game since his nine-block effort in Sacramento last month. Jordan pretty much only scores on dunks and layups, which helps his percentage considerably (76.9 percent shooting this month). He's a top-five fantasy center.
Description: According to NBA.com, Clippers forward Matt Barnes (eye) has been cleared to play, but it is unknown if he'll actually return Wednesday, according to Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times.
Description: Clippers center DeAndre Jordan blocked three shots and had 10 points, 14 rebounds and two steals Thursday against the Grizzlies.
Insight: Jordan has played a career-high 35 minutes per game and the increase in playing time has led to him putting up some of the best numbers of his career. He's averaging 9.8 points, 12.9 rebounds, 2.2 blocks and 1.2 steals.
Description: Los Angeles guard J.J. Redick won't need surgery on his broken hand. SOURCE: Brad Turner, Los Angeles Times
Insight: His 6-to-8 week recovery timetable hasn't changed. Before the injury, Redick had been off to the best start of his career, averaging 15.8 ppg on 46 percent shooting. Jamal Crawford is going to see big minutes while he's out.

Insight: Redick is dealing with swelling in his wrist and he'll have an MRI Monday. He's averaging 28 minutes, 15.8 points and 1.9 threes this season. Willie Green will likey see his most minutes of the season Sunday, with Jamal Crawford and Jared Dudley also picking up extra time.
Description: Clippers guard Jamal Crawford netted 31 points on 12-of-22 shooting Friday in a win against the Kings.
Insight: Crawford is already making his case for Sixth Man of the Year. In 17 games, he's averaging just under 16 ppg while making a little over 46 percent of his field goals. His value will subside a bit when Chris Paul and J.J. Redick return from injuries but for now, Crawford is a must-start in fantasy hoops.
Description: Clippers center DeAndre Jordan finished just one block away from a triple-double Friday against Sacramento.
Insight: Jordan's line included 10 points, 15 boards and of course the nine blocked shots. As usual, he showed very little competence at the free throw line (0-for-5). Jordan can be a headscratcher at times but there's no denying his potential.
Description: Clippers guard Chris Paul strained his right hamstring during Wednesday's game against the Knicks and is questionable for Friday's game against Sacramento.
Insight: Paul had 15 points and seven assists in 26 minutes and wasn't needed in the fourth quarter to beat the Knicks by 13 points. "I'm alright," Paul said. "It's a little tight, but I'll be alright." We will know more about his status after the morning shootaround.

Description: Los Angeles point guard Chris Paul finished one assist shy of his 14th consecutive double-double Saturday in a win over Sacramento.
Insight: Things got interesting when Paul bricked a couple of free throws in the last two minutes but the Clippers wouldn't have been in the game at all if not for his 22 points and nine assists. Paul has only been an average three-point shooter throughout his career but he's 6-of-8 from that distance over his last two games.
Description: Clippers small forward Matt Barnes suffered a retinal tear in his left eye and will miss at least two weeks, according to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports.

Insight: Paul had 20 points, 11 assists, six rebounds and four steals Wednesday and is on his way toward a career year in his first season under Doc Rivers. He's averaging 19.5 points and 12.5 assists per game.
Description: Clippers small forward Matt Barnes is out for at least the next two games. He suffered an eye injury on Monday night and was unable to travel with the team to Minnesota. SOURCE: NBA.com
Insight: Barnes made headlines a week ago after tangling with Oklahoma City forward Serge Ibaka and then going on a Twitter rant that featured profanity and a racial slur. He's only playing about 20 minutes a game, which isn't enough to make much of a dent in fantasy (just 5.9 ppg in eight appearances).
Description: Clippers PF Blake Griffin scored a season-high 30 points Saturday against the Nets.
Insight: Griffin has produced at least 18 points in every game this season and 20-plus in each of the last six. He's averaging 38 minutes, 22.9 points, 10.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 0.6 blocks and 1.1 steals per game, his best production since his rookie year.
Description: The Lakers and Clippers would both be open to reuniting with troubled forward Lamar Odom. SOURCE: ESPN Los Angeles
Insight: Odom's bizarre behavior this past summer led to speculation that he might have a drug problem. The good news is, that "dark time" as Odom has referred to it, appears to be over. He's back on the court and looking for another chance to play in the NBA. If these reports are accurate, he should get it sooner rather than later.
Description: Los Angeles forward Matt Barnes was fined $25,000 for sending out an angry tweet Wednesday after his ejection against the Thunder.
Insight: The tweet included profanity and a racial slur. Barnes deleted the tweet and later apologized for his poor judgment. The veteran was tossed from Wednesday's game after an altercation with Serge Ibaka late in the first half.
Description: Clippers PF Blake Griffin scored a season-high 27 points Thursday at Miami.

Description: Clippers center DeAndre Jordan played 40-plus minutes for the second straight game Thursday at Miami and had 11 points, 14 rebounds, one block and two steals.

Description: Clippers center DeAndre Jordan had nine points, 19 rebounds and four rejections Wednesday at Orlando.
Insight: After playing just 24.5 minutes per game under Vinny Del Negro last season, Jordan has received 36 minutes per game under new coach Doc Rivers in the first five games of 2013-14. He was on the floor for 44 minutes Wednesday night.
Description: Clippers forward Matt Barnes (thigh) will miss Wednesday's game, according to Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times.
Insight: Barnes has a thigh injury. Last season, Barnes only started four of 80 games but averaged nearly 26 minutes per game, more than starter Caron Butler. However, the team acquired Jared Dudley and J.J. Redick in the offseason and have reduced Barnes' minutes to less than 21 per game through the first four contests. He can fill up the box score, but he's not going to be a fantasy option when he's getting limited playing time.
Description: Clippers PF Blake Griffin has scored at least 19 points in all three games this season while pulling down at least 10 boards in two of them.
Insight: Griffin had 20 points and 17 rebounds Friday at Sacramento. His rebounding average has dropped in each of the last two years after he recorded 12.1 during his rookie season. He only averaged 8.3 last year, but part of the problem was that he played just 32.5 minutes per game. He's averaging nearly 39 minutes in the first three games under new coach Doc Rivers.
Description: Clippers guard Chris Paul outplayed Golden State guard Stephen Curry posting 42 points, 15 assists and six steals.
Insight: Paul had to be good to top Curry's 38-point night and he was. He turned the ball over six times at Golden State, but he's started the season with 26 assists and 11 steals over his first two games.
Description: Clippers guard Chris Paul had an excellent all-around game Tuesday in a loss to the Lakers.
Insight: Paul netted 19 points to go along with 11 dimes, six rebounds and five steals. He did it all while committing just one turnover. With Derrick Rose still recovering from a knee injury, CP3 has a chance to be the best point guard in the league this season.
Description: Clippers center DeAndre Jordan turned in a monster fantasy performance Tuesday night against the Lakers.
Insight: The NBA's leader in field goal percentage last season was at it again in the opener with 17 points on 8-of-10 shooting. He also had 11 rebounds, three blocks and three steals. Jordan did run into some foul trouble late but it's tough to fault the guy for being aggressive. This could be the start of a breakout season for the talented 25-year-old.
Description: Los Angeles Clippers guard J.J. Redick is probable for Tuesday's game against the LA Lakers while dealing with a bruised knee.
Insight: Redick's first preseason game was Wednesday so he's probably still a bilt rusty, but it shouldn't take long before he's knocking down the three-point shots. he averaged 14.1 ppg and 2.1 threes a game last season.
Description: Clippers backup point guard Darren Collison (bruised kneecap) didn't practice much on Monday but coach Doc Rivers expects him to play, according to Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times.
Insight: Don't expect much fantasy production from Collison this season. Last year's backup, Eric Bledsoe, averaged just 20 minutes per game behind Paul and that included getting some minutes at the two-guard spot, something Collison won't do with J.J. Redick, Jamal Crawford and Jared Dudley on the roster.
Description: Clippers PF Blake Griffin (knee) practiced Friday and intends to play in Los Angeles' three-game preseason road trip that starts Saturday, but didn't say for sure if he would, according to NBA.com.
Insight: Griffin has a bone bruise in his left knee but it shouldn't be a long-term concern.
Description: Former Lakers and Clippers forward Lamar Odom continued his downward spiral by getting arrested for DUI on Friday morning.
Insight: According to TMZ, he failed multiple sobriety tests and declined to take any chemical tests. Odom hasn't attracted much interest as a free agent this offseason and this probably won't help matters.

Insight: Rumors have circulated about Odom using drugs, though the reason for the Clippers moving on has more to do with Antawn Jamison than any of Odom's off-court issues. Jamison, who signed for the veteran's minimum on Tuesday, plays the same position as Odom and brings more to the table than he does.
Description: Lamar Odom's agent Jeff Schwartz has refuted a report that Odom is missing. SOURCE: ESPN.com
Insight: TMZ reported Sunday that Odom had been missing for 72 hours but apparently that isn't the case. The website also reported that Odom may be battling drug addiction. Odom is not currently under contract by an NBA team.
Description: Antawn Jamison is headed to the Clippers on a one-year deal. SOURCE: Brad Turner, Los Angeles Times
Insight: He'll make the veteran's minimum ($1.4 million). Jamison (9.4 ppg for the Lakers in 2012-13) can still ball but Blake Griffin's presence probably eliminates any sleeper potential he would have had.
Description: Los Angeles point guard Chris Paul was elected president of the NBA Players Assocation. SOURCE: Jeff Zilgitt, USA Today
Insight: He's the 14th president in the Players Association's history. Derek Fisher was previously in charge while Paul served as vice president. LeBron James was considering running for the position but he backed out at the last minute. On the court, Paul was an MVP candidate last season, leading the league with 9.7 apg and guiding the Clippers to their best record in franchise history. At age 28, he's still in his prime.
Description: Clippers point guard Chris Paul says he is 100-percent healthy.
Insight: Paul played just 33.4 mpg and it showed in his fantasy production. He averaged 16.9 ppg, down from 19.8 in 2011-12. He did lead the league is steals, for the fifth time in six seasons, and posted 3.7 rpg and 9.7 apg.
Description: The Lakers are interested in bringing back Lamar Odom. SOURCE: Ramona Shelburne, ESPN Los Angeles
Insight: Odom spent seven seasons with the Lakers from 2004 to 2011 before being traded to Dallas. In 82 games for the Clippers last season, he averaged 4.0 ppg while playing a career-low 19.7 minutes per game. Wherever he ends up this offseason, Odom won't be able to help fantasy owners much in 2013-14.
Description: Point guard Darren Collison has inked a two-year deal with the Clippers. SOURCE: Marc Stein, ESPN
Insight: Collison never looked that comfortable in Dallas, averaging just 12 ppg and 5.1 apg in 29.3 minutes per game last season. He'll backup Chris Paul next season, a role that probably won't result in much fantasy productivity.
Description: Matt Barnes re-signed with the Clippers for three years and $11 million. SOURCE: Marc Spears, Yahoo Sports
Insight: Barnes is expected to backup Jared Dudley at small forward. He's not a game-changer but Barnes has decent size for a wing and a nice stroke from long range (34.2 percent on threes last season). He's somebody to keep an eye out for in the later rounds of this year's fantasy draft.
Description: The Bucks sent shooting guard J.J. Redick to the Clippers Tuesday as part of a three-team sign and trade. SOURCE: Ramona Shelburne, ESPN Los Angeles
Insight: Milwaukee received two second-round picks (one from the Clippers and one from Phoenix) as compensation. Redick's new deal with Los Angeles is worth $27 million over the next four seasons. He should open the season as the team's starter at the two-guard position.
Description: Add Toronto to the list of teams interested in acquiring Clippers point guard Eric Bledsoe.
Insight: Multiples sources have reported that Chris Paul will return to Los Angeles next season, which would make Bledsoe expendable. According to ESPN, the Raptors are offering Andrea Bargnani and DeMar DeRozan as part of the trade. Bledsoe averaged 8.5 ppg and 3.1 apg in 76 games last season.
Description: Chris Paul's return to the Clippers is essentially a "done deal," according to ESPN's Marc Stein.
Insight: Paul wanted Doc Rivers to be the Clippers' new coach and that's exactly what happened. It would have been pretty interesting to see Paul and Dwight Howard play together in Houston or Atlanta but ultimately Lob City is the right place for CP3.
Description: Several teams have shown interest in Clippers point guard Eric Bledsoe but Yahoo's Marc Spears doesn't think he'll be traded on draft night.
Insight: Until teams stop lowballing them, the Clippers are just going to stand pat. Bledsoe is freakishly athletic and a strong defender but he's still pretty raw offensively. Until he can get his turnovers down (or play more than 20 minutes a game), Bledsoe won't be considered an elite point guard.
Description: According to Yahoo Sports, Chris Paul will stay with Los Angeles if the Clippers are able to acquire Kevin Garnett and Doc Rivers in a trade with the Celtics.
Insight: ESPN's Chris Broussard reported last week that Paul and Dwight Howard have been texting about playing for the same team but there are only a handful of organizations that could realistically make that happen. Houston and Atlanta are two of them. Free agency begins on July 1st.
Description: An ESPN report indicated that the Clippers might be willing to give up Blake Griffin and Eric Bledsoe in a sign and trade for Dwight Howard.
Insight: It's surprising that the Clippers would put their franchise power forward on the trading block, especially after investing $95 million into Griffin last offseason. If Howard were to walk away in free agency, the Lakers wouldn't get anything in return so a sign and trade could be their best option.
Description: Chris Paul and Dwight Howard have been texting each other about the possibility of signing with the same team this offseason. SOURCE: Chris Broussard, ESPN
Insight: The only teams with enough coin to make that happen are Houston and Atlanta. Howard grew up in Atlanta and Paul has family in North Carolina, so a move to Atlanta would make sense for both players. Joining up to form a big three with James Harden in Houston is an intriguing possibility as well.
Description: Los Angeles power forward Blake Griffin will be a game-time decision Friday against the Grizzlies. Griffin sprained his right ankle Wednesday in Game 5. SOURCE: Dan Woike, Orange County Register
Insight: The Clippers are facing elimination so they're going to do everything they can to get Griffin ready to play. Even if Griffin does suit up, he won't be close to 100 percent.
Description: Clippers guard Chris Paul was the NBA's steals leader once again in 2012-13 (2.4 spg).
Insight: The leader of Lob City has led the league in takeaways five times in his last six seasons. The last time he didn't lead the NBA in that category was in 2010 when Rajon Rondo produced a league-high 2.33 spg for the Celtics.
Description: Los Angeles center DeAndre Jordan led the league in field goal percentage during the 2012-13 regular season (64.3 percent).
Insight: And it wasn't even that close. The Lakers' Dwight Howard was second with a 57.8 percent success rate from the field. Keep in mind that most of Jordan's baskets this season came on dunks. His free-throw percentage in 2012-13 was among the worst in the league (38.6 percent from that distance).
Description: Clippers center DeAndre Jordan suffered a right knee injury Friday against the Hornets.
Insight: Jordan (five points, three rebounds in 23 minutes) only left the game for a brief time during the third quarter and it looks like he's still on track to play Saturday night versus the Grizzlies. Jordan's huge dunks get plenty of views on YouTube but he's really just an average fantasy player (8.7 ppg, 7.1 rpg).
Description: Clippers forward Blake Griffin netted 24 points Sunday in a win over the Lakers.
Insight: He also came away with 12 rebounds and five assists. Griffin, normally a poor free throw shooter, was 7-of-8 from that distance on Sunday. The Clippers' next game is Wednesday against the Timberwolves.
Description: Los Angeles guard Chauncey Billups will miss Sunday's game.
Insight: He's out with a groin injury. Billups has played in fewer than half of the team's games this season and the Clippers have plenty of other guards at their disposal. Even if he returns before the playoffs, he won't make for much of a fantasy option.
Description: Clippers center Ryan Hollins got tossed from Wednesday night's win over Phoenix after putting Suns point guard Goran Dragic in a headlock.
Insight: Hollins was assessed a flagrant two and had to leave the floor with just under nine minutes remaining. It's unknown if the league will discipline him any further. Hollins only plays about 10 minutes per game so fantasy owners won't need to adjust their lineups if he gets suspended.
Description: Clippers forward Matt Barnes is questionable for Monday's game against Indiana with a sprained left ankle.
Insight: Barnes gives you a little bit of everything from off the bench averaging 10.3 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 1.6 apg, 1.1 spg and 1.5 threes per contest. He's even better when he gets a rare starting nod (15.8 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 2.3 apg).
Description: Los Angeles guard Chauncey Billups won't be on the floor Saturday against Houston.
Insight: He's out with a groin injury. Billups has played in fewer than half of the team's games this season and the Clippers have plenty of other guards at their disposal. Willie Green (6.0 ppg) and Jamal Crawford (16.6 ppg) should benefit the most from Billups' absence.
Description: Clippers guard Chauncey Billups (groin) aggravated his injury Wednesday and won't return to the game.
Insight: Billups had 11 points and three treys in 13 minutes Wednesday but he's not going to play more than 20-25 minutes in any game for the rest of the season and he'll probably need a few games off after his latest setback.
Description: Clippers guard Chauncey Billups is questionable for Wednesday's game against Houston while dealing with a strained right groin, according to Madelyn Burke.
Insight: Billups is only averaging about 20 minutes per game to make sure he's ready for the playoffs, so even when healthy he's not going to produce enough numbers to be of value to fantasy owners on a team deep like the Clippers. Willie Green would get another start if Billups can't go. He's averaging 11 ppg over his last three starts.
Description: Clippers guard Chauncey Billups will miss Tuesday's game with a lingering groin injury.
Insight: Billups is only averaging about 20 minutes per game to make sure he's ready for the playoffs, so even when healthy he's not going to produce enough numbers to be of value to fantasy owners on a team deep like the Clippers. Willie Geen will get another start after scoring 14 ppg over the last two.
Description: Clippers guard Chauncey Billups is questionable for Tuesday's game against Dallas due to a strained right groin.
Insight: Billups is only averaging about 20 minutes per game to make sure he's ready for the playoffs, so even when healthy he's not going to produce enough numbers to be of value to fantasy owners on a team deep at guard like the Clippers.
Description: Los Angeles point guard Eric Bledsoe (calf) will be available off the bench Saturday night.
Insight: Bledsoe has missed five consecutive games. His return should help the Clippers, but he was only playing an average of 16 minutes in the nine games prior to the injury. That's not enough to warrant fantasy ownership.
Description: Clippers guard Chauncey Billups will miss Wednesday's game versus Philadelphia due to a groin/hamstring injury.
Insight: Willie Green will start at shooting guard but Caron Butler and Matt Barnes will likely see the biggest minutes boost. Billups played 25 mpg and scored 10.8 ppg in his previous three games before suffering the injury in the hamstring and groin area on Tuesday.
Description: Los Angeles point guard Eric Bledsoe didn't play Sunday against the Knicks and Bledsoe is doubtful for Tuesday's game against Sacramento because of a left calf injury.
Insight: There is no reason to rush Bledsoe back into the Clippers' lineup at this time. Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups, Jamal Crawford and Willie Green are all healthy and playing. Bledsoe had a nice run earlier in the year when Paul was out with a knee injury, but that seems like a lifetime ago.
