Toronto, ON (Sports Network) - Saskatchewan Roughriders running back Kory Sheets was among those selected as the top players in the CFL for Week 9 of the 2013 season.

Sheets picked up the offensive award after rushing for 139 yards and two touchdowns in Saskatchewan's 30-27 victory over Edmonton. The CFL's leading rusher also had four catches for 45 yards and notched his second weekly award, first capturing the honor in Week 3.

Hamilton defensive back Dee Webb returned an interception 34 yards for a touchdown in a 37-14 win over Winnipeg to pick up the defensive award.

Montreal's Tyron Carrier garnered the special teams honor thanks to a 90-yard kickoff return for a fourth-quarter touchdown that helped the Alouettes claim a 39-38 win over British Columbia.

The top Canadian was Montreal receiver Eric Deslauriers, who caught four passes for 101 yards. His 57-yard catch set up a last-second field goal that won the game for the Als.
