Miscues doom Razorbacks, Kansas State advances

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - The Kansas State Wildcats scored two runs on a pair of wild pitches in the seventh inning to pull out a 4-3 victory over the Arkansas Razorbacks in the Manhattan Regional Final.

The Wildcats (44-17) had runners on second and third with one out in the seventh inning when Michael Gunn threw a wild pitch that allowed Ross Kivett to score from third.

Gunn then tried intentionally walk Jared King. However one of the pitches missed the target and Tanner Witt, who advanced on the previous wild pitch, came in for what would be the winning run.
