Toews '100 percent ready' to play in Game 6

Boston, MA (Sports Network) - Chicago Blackhawks forward Jonathan Toews will be in the lineup as the Stanley Cup Finals shift to TD Garden for Game 6 on Monday night.

Both Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville and Toews himself said the team captain is "100 percent ready" to play in what could be the game that clinches the Cup for the Presidents' Trophy winners.

Chicago holds a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series and can take home its second title in the last four seasons with a victory on enemy ice.

Toews did not skate in the third period of Saturday's 3-1 Blackhawks' victory in Chicago after taking a hit high to the back from Bruins defenseman Johnny Boychuk in front of the Boston net in the second period.

He played several more shifts in the middle period after the collision, but remained on the bench for the remainder of the contest.

Toews, who assisted on two goals from Patrick Kane, has two goals and 10 assists in 22 playoff games.
