Insight: There was speculation that Pagan could be headed to Philadelphia after the Phillies missed out on signing B.J. Upton but ultimately the 31-year-old decided he'd rather stay in San Francisco. He's an average fantasy player who can run and hit for average but lacks power.

Insight: Pagan has a similar skill set to Michael Bourn as he's a good hitter for average (.288) with excellent speed (29 steals on 36 attempts). He's also far less expensive than Bourn. The former Braves center fielder has said he's hoping to land a $100 million contract this offseason.
