Description: More bad news for Rob Gronkowski fantasy owners. Not only does the Patriots tight end need arm surgery but it also looks like he'll need surgery on his back. SOURCE: ESPN
Insight: The Patriots are still optimistic that Gronk will be ready for Week 1 but given what's already unfolded this offseason, that's no guarantee. Danny Amendola and Aaron Hernandez will both see more targets if Gronkowski ends up missing time in the regular season.

Description: NFL.com is reporting that New England tight end Rob Gronkowski will have a fourth surgery on his injured forearm.
Insight: Gronkowski will probably need about ten weeks to recover. He'll almost certainly miss the beginning of training camp and it's possible he might not be ready for the Pats' season opener September 8th against Buffalo.

Insight: If there's no infection, he'll have the plate removed from his arm and his rehab will go on as planned. If the infection is still there, Gronkowski would likely have a fifth arm surgery and could miss the early portion of the 2013 regular season.

Insight: Gronkowski has already encountered multiple setbacks in his recovery from a broken arm. No news is good news and since we haven't heard much about Gronk's recovery over the last month, we'll assume he's on the comeback trail.
