Notes:
2009 First-Team All-ACC...2008 Second-Team All-ACC...Started every game at cornerback from freshman through junior season...Was suspended six games by the NCAA and missed another while UNC was working to establish his eligibility in 2010 as a senior... Finished 2009 with 52 tackles, 5.5 TFLs, one sack, five interceptions for 200 yards and a touchdown, three pass breakups and one fumble recovery...Had 78 tackles, 7.5 TFLs, three interceptions for 71 yards and five pass breakups as a sophomore...Wasn't quite as good as expected after returning from suspension last season...More quick than fast...Is too short at 5-9 to contend with tall NFL receivers...Does close quickly on the ball...Outstanding footwork...Proved to be a shutdown corner at times in college...A wealth of experience against solid competition...A willing tackler in the run game.
