Notes:
2012: Re-signed with DEN 1-year, $2.665 million.

Converted just 65.4 percent of his field goal attempts as a senior (17-of-26), knocking through 7-of-12 chances between 40-49 yards, and yet he still shared time with John Brown...Prater handled all the kickoffs for the Golden Knights last year, averaging a net of 42.5 yards per attempt and left opponents starting at their own 22 yards line on the average...With his three field goals in the loss to Nevada in the Hawaii Bowl, Prater took over second place on the school's all-time list for field goals with 49 in his career...Started first nine games of 2004 campaign before bowing out with an injury, a fact that might scare off prospective suitors, even though he did convert a 51-yard field goal during the season...Was most impressive in 2003 when he led the nation in punting with an average of 47.9 yards per kick, establishing a new MAC record as well...Stepped in for UCF immediately as a freshman as he made 14-of-21 tries, including a career-long 53-yard effort versus Penn State...Was part of one of the biggest turnarounds in college football history for the Golden Knights last year, but doesn't command the same sort of attention that other kickers at the Division IA level do at the moment.
