Description: Angels third baseman Chris Nelson bopped two homers Thursday in a win against the Yankees.
Insight: Before today, Nelson hadn't homered since August 24th of last year. Thursday marked the journeyman's first career multi-home run game. Nelson finished the afternoon with a career-best five RBI.

Description: Colorado third baseman Chris Nelson has been hospitalized with an irregular heartbeat.
Insight: Nelson hit .324 with five homers and a .963 OPS in 25 games last month, but he's started off July 2-for-18. He also hit just .226 (12-for-53) in April and 4-for-20 in May, so he doesn't present much of a fantasy option going forward.

Description: Colorado third baseman Chris Nelson went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer Thursday against Philadelphia.
Insight: Nelson is batting .288 with five home runs and 10 RBIs in 17 games in June. NL-only leaguers with a middle or corner infield hole should give Nelson a look, as he's eligible at second and third in most leagues.
