Boise, ID (Sports Network) - Kellen Moore threw for 313 yards and three
touchdowns, as No. 9 Boise State earned a dominating 45-0 win over New Mexico
in the regular-season finale for both teams.
Doug Martin carried the ball 22 times for 110 yards and a pair of scores for
the Broncos (11-1, 6-1 MWC), as head coach Chris Petersen became the program's
all-time leader in wins (72).
"It was a remarkable game for everybody, offense, defense and special teams,"
said Martin. "We're glad we could send our seniors out on a good note."
Tyler Shoemaker had seven receptions for 106 yards and a touchdown in the
Boise State finished second in the Mountain West to TCU, which downed the
Broncos 36-35 on November 12.
B.R. Holbrook threw for 145 yards for the Lobos (1-11, 1-6), while Crusoe
Gongbay rushed for just 17 yards on seven carries to pace the team.
New Mexico has lost 22 straight on the road and finished 1-11 for the third

Frisina tacked on a 30-yard field goal before the half for a 31-0 lead.
The Lobos, meanwhile, punted on every possession of the first half. They will
look to regroup next season under former Notre Dame coach Bob Davie, who was
introduced as the team's new coach on November 17.
After the break, Martin and Drew Wright had touchdown rushes of 40 and 30
yards, respectively, to cap the scoring.
In all, the Broncos' defense held the Lobos to 197 total yards.
This was the third all-time meeting between the schools. The Broncos have won
all three matchups...Davie replaced Mike Locksley, who was fired after the
Lobos' 0-4 start to the season.
