Dallas, TX (Sports Network) - Kyle Padron threw for 381 yards and three
touchdowns, as the SMU Mustangs hung on to defeat the Tulsa Golden Hurricane,
21-18, in a Conference USA battle at Gerald J. Ford Stadium.
Padron hit on 27-of-40 pass attempts for SMU (4-2, 3-0 C-USA), while Aldrick
Robinson grabbed five balls for 118 yards. Darius Johnson also cracked the
century mark, finishing with 102 yards and a score on eight receptions.
G.J. Kinne led Tulsa (3-3, 1-2), which had its two game win streak stopped,
with 229 yards on 20-of-41 pass attempts. He also ran for 38 yards and a pair

With just under seven minutes left, Kinne scampered three yards to paydirt. He
then hit Charles Clay for a successful two-point conversion to make it a 21-18
game. The Hurricane, however, would get no closer in the defeat.
