NCAA Game Summary - Ole Miss at Tennessee

Knoxville, TN (Sports Network) - Tyler Bray threw for 323 yards and three touchdowns as the Tennessee Volunteers dismantled the Ole Miss Rebels, 52-14, in an SEC battle at Neyland Stadium.

Bray hit 18-of-34 passes for the Vols (4-6, 1-5 SEC) who won their second straight and their first conference game in six tries. Justin Hunter caught three balls for 114 yards and two touchdowns and Denarius Moore caught four passes for 88 yards and a score. Tauren Poole ran for 107 yards on 12 carries and scored twice. The Volunteers also came up big defensively, returning two interceptions for touchdowns.

Brandon Bolden ran for 113 yards on 12 carries for the Rebels (4-6, 2-4) and scored twice. Jeremiah Masoli was just 7-of-18 for 80 yards through the air and was intercepted three times before being lifted in the third quarter.

The Vols got on the scoreboard when Bray hit Hunter on an 80-yard touchdown past with just 2:33 gone in the opening quarter.

Bray hit Moore with a 17-yard touchdown throw to make it 14-0 Tennessee with 3:53 remaining the opening period.

Eric Gordon made it a 21-0 game with 2:33 left in the period when he picked off a Masoli pass and returned it 46 yards for a score.

The Rebels scored their first points when Bolden record on a 17-yard run with 14:54 left in the first half.

Bray answered back with his third touchdown pass of the half, a 22-yard connection to Hunter with 6:35 left until halftime.

Bolden scored his second touchdown of the game for the Rebels on a two-yard run at the 1:54 mark.

Daniel Lincoln added to Tennessee's lead with a 43-yard field goal with 56 seconds left in the half to make it a 31-14 game,

Curtis Wagner extended Tennessee's lead when he picked off a Masoli pass and returned it 10 yards for a score with 11:46 left in the third quarter. It was Wagner's third interception of the year; he's returned all three for touchdowns.

Poole's 36-yard TD run made it a 45-14 game with 7:27 left in the period. He added a 35-yard touchdown run with 8:46 left in the game.

Tennessee accumulated 441 total yards, 323 of them through the air. Ole Miss was just 2-of-12 on third-down conversions.
