Description: According to Vikings HC Brad Childress, WR Greg Camarillo's offensive role will grow going forward. SOURCE: ST. PAUL PIONEER PRESS
Insight: Camarillo only caught one pass, but his 29 yards were almost twice as much as Bernard Berrian (3) and Percy Harvin (12) combined. Berrian took his unimpressive preseason into the Saints game, which could result in Camarillo seeing more targets. He still isn't fantasy relevant....yet.

Insight: Camarillo should see the field more in Week 2 against the Dolphins, which happens to be his former team. (RapidDraft.com)

Description: The Vikings have reportedly traded for Dolphins WR Greg Camarillo. SOURCE: TWITTER
Insight: Camarillo himself confirms the report. It looks like the Dolphins have enough confidence in Brian Hartline as the possible starter across from Brandon Marshall. Camarillo will compete with Greg Lewis for the No. 3 spot, but his fantasy value doesn't take a bump. No word yet on what the Dolphins got in return.

8/24/2010 9:01:00 PM
Description: Greg Camarillo (groin) returned to practice Monday after missing much of last week in addition to Saturday's game.

8/18/2010 7:01:00 PM

Insight: Camarillo projected as a PPR stud at one point in his career, but injuries have reduced him to irrelevant. Don?t bother looking for him at your draft. (RapidDraft.com)

6/9/2010 10:11:00 PM
Description: Greg Camarillo lined up as a starting receiver at Dolphins OTAs on Wednesday.

5/19/2010 1:27:00 PM
Description: Greg Camarillo, who was coming off a torn ACL last season, says he feels better physically than he has in years
Insight: Once considered a poor man's Wes Welker, all of Camarillo's PPR league value went out the window when Brandon Marshall came to town. He'll struggle just to get looks this season. (SportsBuff.com)

Insight: He's got some nice value in PPR leagues and the Dolphins will be counting on him to move the chains.

Out5/19/2009 3:57:00 PM
Description: Camarillo has said that he hopes to be cleared for action by the beginning of training camp, but the Sun Sentinel reports that he could begin the year on the physically unable to perform list. Camarillo tore the ACL in his left knee in November.
Insight: Going on the PUP would keep him inactive for the first six weeks. If such a designation is even a real possibility, no fantasy player should give him a look until very late in the draft. (SportsBuff.com)

Steady5/6/2009 9:58:00 AM
Description: Camarillo looked like he was going to be a top notch possession receiver when he was felled by a torn ACL against the Patriots in Week 12.

Out11/24/2008 7:45:00 PM
Description: The Dolphins' leading receiver will miss the remainder of the season after tearing a ligament in his left knee.
Insight: Camarillo had developed into Chad Pennington's favorite and most reliable target. Although his absence will obivously create opportunities for teammates such as Ted Ginn Jr. and Davone Bess, no other Dolphins receiver has shown the ability to produce numbers dependably. Ginn might be the best bet to emerge, but there's no reason for fantasy owners to get excited about anyone. (SportsBuff.com)

11/20/2008 6:27:00 AM
Description: The Dolphins signed Camarillo to a three-year extension worth $6 million on Wednesday.
Insight: Camarillo is leading the Dolphins in receptions (49) and yards (538). (SportsBuff.com)
