Bryant, Romo ready to go for Cowboys
Irving, TX (Sports Network) - Quarterback Tony Romo and wide receiver Dez Bryant have officially been declared probable for the Dallas Cowboys' Week 2 matchup at Kansas City this coming Sunday.
Romo briefly exited last Sunday's 36-31 season-opening victory over the New York Giants after taking a shot to the ribs late in the first half, but was a full participant all throughout practice this week. Bryant suffered a mild foot sprain during the game, but also did not miss any practice time.
Defensive end Anthony Spencer, who sat out the opener while still recovering from a knee scope performed in late July, is listed as questionable to return against the Chiefs. He did take part in practice on a limited basis on Friday after a scheduled day off on Thursday.
Backup running back Lance Dunbar is expected to play this week after missing the Giants game with a foot injury. Starting cornerback Morris Claiborne, who's dealing with a dislocated shoulder, is also probable for Sunday's clash.
