One of the most highly-regarded prospects in this draft, DeRozan left USC after only one season...At 6-7 and 211 pounds, he is a truly elite athlete who is an explosive leaper and tremendous all-around athlete...Blended in seamlessly during his one collegiate season rather than dominating the basketball...Is a polished finisher around the hoop and has the type of mid-range game that separates him from the pack...Is unafraid to take shots in clutch situations...Is a tremendous rebounder from the guard position, especially at the offensive end...Is not a great three-point shooter, hitting only 17 percent from behind the arc at USC...Needs to improve as a free throw shooter as well...Needs to become less predictable when he puts the ball on the floor.
