Twins finally take one from White Sox

Minneapolis, MN (SportsNetwork.com) - Sam Fuld had two hits, including a two- run single to cap a three-run seventh inning that lifted the Minnesota Twins to a 4-3 win over the Chicago White Sox on Sunday.

With the win, the Twins avoided being swept in a four-game series by the White Sox for the first time ever in Minnesota.

It was only their third win in 10 games since the All-Star break.

They loaded the bases with no outs in the bottom of the seventh against Ronald Belisario (3-7), who walked Josh Willingham and Eric Fryer before giving up a single to Chris Parmelee.

The first run scored on Danny Santana's sacrifice fly off Javy Guerra and Fuld followed with his two-run single to center to make it 4-2.
