Description: Golden State power forward Carl Landry went off for 25 points and 10 rebounds Saturday against Portland.
Insight: Landry only needed 23 minutes to rack up those huge numbers. He won't blow up like this every night but Landry is certainly worth keeping an eye on in standard fantasy leagues.

3/10/2013 9:41:00 AM
Description: Warriors forward Carl Landry drew his second start of the season Saturday against Milwaukee with David Lee (knee) out of action. He scored 18 points with 10 rebounds.
Insight: Landry has been a decent fantasy option all season in his 24 minutes per game. He's averaging 11.4 points and 6.3 rebounds and shooting 53.1 percent from the field on 7.7 attempts and 82 percent from the free-throw line on 3.9 attempts.

2/27/2013 11:45:00 AM
Description: Warriors forward Carl Landry could be in line for a big game Wednesday versus New York if starter David Lee's sore shoulder keeps him out of the lineup.
Insight: Landry is averaging 11.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg in about 25 minutes off the bench. If Lee and Andrew Bogut (out) are both watching from the sidelines, Landry should easily post a fantasy-worthy double-double.

Description: Warriors forward Carl Landry (shoulder) will return to action Thursday after missing Tuesday's game. SOURCE: Rusty Simmons, San Francisco Chronicle
Insight: Landry is only averaging 10.5 ppg over his last 16 contests after putting up 12.9 in his first 28. His minutes and rebounding have remained consistent but he has just attempted fewer shots lately.

1/30/2013 11:23:00 AM
Description: Warriors forward Carl Landry is questionable for Thursday's game against Dallas while dealing with a bruised left shoulder.
Insight: Landry's production has slipped from the beginning of the season and with PF David Lee and C Andrew Bogut getting most of the minutes he's not likely to get back to his earlier level.

12/16/2012 11:05:00 AM
Description: Warriors forward Carl Landry knocked down 8-of-10 shots for 19 points Saturday night against the Hawks.
Insight: Landry's production has slipped a bit in his last 10 games (10.2 ppg, 6.4 rpg) after averaging 14.3 ppg and 6.9 rpg in his first 16. However, he's still getting consistent minutes along with Jarrett Jack in Golden State's eight-man rotation.

Hot11/25/2012 11:17:00 AM
Description: Warriors forward Carl Landry has been a consistent force off the bench all season, averaging 14.8 points and 7.0 rebounds and shooting 59.5 percent from the field.
Insight: Landry scored 18 points with nine rebounds on 4-of-7 shooting (10-of-10 FT) Saturday against the Timberwolves. The forward has received consistent minutes as Golden State's sixth man.

Hot11/11/2012 10:32:00 AM
Description: Warriors forward Carl Landry scored 22 points with nine rebounds on 9-of-14 shooting Saturday, his third 20-point game of the season.
Insight: Landry is averaging 27 mpg, 16.1 ppg and 8.1 rpg this season. With Brandon Rush (knee) out for the season, Landry is Golden State's best option off the bench.

Hot11/3/2012 9:51:00 AM
Description: Warriors forward Carl Landry has scored 18.5 points with 6.0 rebounds per game in the first two games this season.
Insight: Landry will likely get 23-25 minutes per game as part of Warriors coach Mark Jackson's eight-man rotation. Brandon Rush suffered a knee injury Friday, which could force Richard Jefferson into action behind Harrison Barnes, but Jarrett Jack and Landry will still be Jackson's first two options off the bench.

7/30/2012 10:23:00 PM
Description: Golden State has signed forward Carl Landry to a two-year, $8 million deal.
Insight: Landry (12.5 ppg, 5.2 rpg) can be a solid fantasy contributor when he gets minutes. The problem is, he's not going to get a lot of them with David Lee (20.1 ppg, 9.6 rpg) starting at power forward for the Warriors next season.

4/16/2012 7:51:00 PM
Description: In a surprise move, Carl Landry, who was listed as out for Monday's game against Charlotte, has entered the game for New Orleans.
Insight: It looks like Landry's calf is okay after all. We're not sure what the confusion was about but we're still expecting Jason Smith to get the majority of the playing time at power forward tonight for the Hornets.

4/16/2012 6:58:00 PM
Description: Carl Landry won't play Monday against the Bobcats. Landry tweaked his calf Sunday in a game against the Grizzlies.
Insight: Without Landry in the lineup to absorb some of his minutes, Jason Smith (15.6 ppg in his last five) should have a chance to put up some pretty big numbers Monday in Charlotte.

4/16/2012 4:15:00 PM
Description: Carl Landry suffered a left calf injury in Sunday's game against Memphis.
Insight: Landry has been up and down as a backup this season averaging 11.1 ppg and 4.6 rpg versus 16.4 ppg and 7.1 rpg as a starter. He can't be trusted to give you enough value to put him in your lineup and the injury simply hammers home that fact.

4/3/2012 4:31:00 PM
Description: Carl Landry practiced Tuesday on his sprained ankle Tuesday. He is questionable for Wednesday night's matchup with the Nuggets.
Insight: Landry has been in coach Monty Williams' dog house for the questionable effort he's been giving lately so expect Landry to be more motivated than ever when he takes the floor again. That doesn't mean Landry (12.5 ppg) will be guaranteed much playing time, especially with Chris Kaman and Gustavo Ayon returning to the lineup.

4/2/2012 12:20:00 PM
Description: Carl Landry (sprained right ankle) missed the team's last two games and has drawn the ire of his coach for not caring about late season games.
Insight: The coach went out of his way to praise backup PF Jason Smith, so there might be a problem for Landry when he gets back in uniform. Landry was producing solid statistics before the injury.

3/12/2012 1:55:00 PM
Description: Carl Landry is expected back from his knee injury sometime this week, though not on Monday.
Insight: When he returns, Landry should earn enough minutes to have fantasy value. Emeka Okafor's scheduled return from a knee injury is unknown, Jason Smith is dealing with a concussion and Chris Kaman is being shopped around the league. Stashing Landry now could be valuable down the stretch.

3/26/2011 12:41:00 AM
Description: Carl Landry looked good while filling in for David West with 19 points, six rebounds, and three steals in 31 minutes on Friday.
Insight: This type of line doesn't seem like a stretch at all. Landry can score, shoot solid percentages, mix in the occasional defense, and won't do much rebounding. He should be owned in just about every league.

1/2/2011 8:00:00 PM
Description: According to ESPN.com, the Kings have been disappointed with the production of Landry and are likely to put him on the trading block.
Insight: Landry looked promising in the later part of last year, but he has yet to replicate that success in Sacramento. (RapidDraft.com)

12/22/2010 7:02:00 PM
Description: He will be starting for the first time since November 25th on Thursday.
Insight: He has been inconsistant, but Landry has a chance to get some production in with Jason Thompson out. (RapidDraft.com)

12/22/2010 12:59:00 AM
Description: Carl Landry had his best game in a while with 22 points, 10 boards, three steals, and two blocks in 37 minutes.
Insight: His owners have to love the Landry of 2009-like 8-of-11 from the field. The Kings are a bit dinged up and Landry will likely fall off in due time. He's a nice add for daily leagues and should cool off once Jason Thompson returns.
