Description: Pittsburgh goalie Marc-Andre Fleury (neck) is expected to dress for Saturday's game, but it's not been determined whether he'll be the starter or the backup.
Insight: Even if he doesn't start, being active is a sign that he is healthy enough to play. That's good news for fantasy owners since Fleury is 18-5-0 with a 2.24 GAA and .918 save percentage.

Description: Pittsburgh goalie Marc-Andre Fleury had to leave a 1-0 lead against the Canadiens after the second period Tuesday and watched as Tomas Vokoun finished off the shutout. Fleury was inadvertently run over by teammate Tyler Kennedy during the final minute of the second period.
Insight: Fleury gets credit for the win but fantasy owners have to hope he isn't seriously injured. Fleury has gone 16-3 with a 2.10 GAA and two shutouts since February began and has a Penguins team in front of him that has won 13 straight. Fleury owners should grab Vokoun as insurance.

Description: Pittsburgh goalie Marc-Andre Fleury followed up his 23rd career shutout with 28 saves Tuesday in a 2-1 win over Washington.

Hot3/16/2013 8:22:00 PM
Description: Pittsburgh goalie Marc-Andre Fleury set a team record by recording his 23rd career shutout Saturday against the Rangers.
Insight: Saturday was Fleury's first clean sheet of the season. Fleury has stopped 51 of the 52 shots he's faced over his last two contests. Tom Barrasso held the team record for shutouts before Fleury passed him on Saturday.

Cold3/10/2013 9:44:00 AM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury has hit a rough patch in his last four games. He has a 4.41 GAA in that span.
Insight: One of those games was against the Flyers so we'll give him a pass since he has a 3.48 GAA against them the last two seasons but the damage hasn't been limited to that game. Despite the struggles, Pittsburgh's offense helped Fleury win two of his last four games and saved him from a loss against Philly after Fleury was pulled following the first period.

3/7/2013 10:36:00 PM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury was pulled from Thursday's game against the Flyers after giving up four goals on 18 shots in the first period.
Insight: As a rule of thumb, let's never start any goaltenders in a Flyers-Penguins game, OK? Ilya Bryzgalov was also pulled after 36 minutes.

Hot2/15/2013 4:50:00 PM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will start Friday against the Jets.
Insight: Fleury has started four of the last five games and appears to have distanced himself from Tomas Vokoun.

Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will start Wednesday against the Senators after Tomas Vokoun handled goalkeeping duties on Sunday.
Insight: Fleury has started three of the last four games and Wednesday will make four of five. The Penguins netminder has held opponents to eight goals in four February games (3-1).

Hot2/7/2013 5:26:00 PM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will man the crease Thursday for the second straight game. He'll oppose Washington.
Insight: Fleury and Tomas Vokoun have alternated starts over the last four games but Fleury has earned a second consecutive start after winning two straight with 47 saves on 50 chances.

2/5/2013 5:36:00 PM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will try to put together back-to-back strong starts for the first time this season when he takes on the Islanders Tuesday.
Insight: Fleury has alternated wins and losses in his five starts this season, giving up a total of three goals in his three victories and nine goals in his two defeats. He has basically been splitting time with Tomas Vokoun (3-1, 2.09 GAA, .927 SV%) so he needs a strong performance Tuesday to distance himself from the backup.

1/29/2013 6:15:00 PM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will start his second straight game Tuesday against the Islanders.
Insight: Fleury held Ottawa to one goal in a shootout win Sunday to distance himself from backup Tomas Vokoun. The Isles have scored an impressive 18 goals in five games this season but fantasy owners shouldn't hesitate to start Fleury.

1/27/2013 1:42:00 PM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will be back in net Sunday after backup Tomas Vokoun started and lost Friday's game at Winnipeg. Fleury will take on the 3-1 Ottawa Senators.
Insight: Fleury and Vokoun have both started two games this season. Fleury will have to play well Sunday to be in consideration for a second straight start Tuesday versus the Islanders.

1/23/2013 9:58:00 PM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury gave up five goals on 24 shots in a rough loss Wednesday against the Maple Leafs.
Insight: Staked to a 1-0 lead, Fleury surrendered four even-strength goals before giving up a PPG during a 5-on-3 late in the third period. We're going to have to see who the real Fleury is; the one who won 42 games with a 2.36 GAA last season and held the Flyers to one goal in the season opener or the one from Wednesday who looked similar to the netminder that let in 26 goals against the Flyers in six playoff games last season. With Tomas Vokoun looking to steal playing time, Fleury can't afford to be the latter.

1/23/2013 6:00:00 PM
Description: Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will start Wednesday's game against the Maple Leafs.
Insight: Tomas Vokoun got the start in Pittsburgh's second game of the season after Fleury saved 26 of 27 shots in the season opener at Philadelphia. Make sure Fleury is in your lineup Wednesday.

3/28/2012 12:17:00 PM
Description: Marc-Andre Fleury allowed five goals on 18 shots in the first two periods and was removed after colliding with Brooks Orpik.
Insight: Fleury has 41 wins and a save percentage of .915, so look for him to return to form as the season comes to a close. The injury does not appear serious.

Hot3/23/2012 11:15:00 AM
Description: Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin get all the media attention but smart fantasy owners have been riding Pittsburgh goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury all season.
Insight: While Fleury leads the league in wins with 40 showing he's been great all season, he's been particularly good in March going 7-0-1 with a 1.59 GAA and a .946 save ppercentage.

Description: Marc-Andre Fleury stopped all 29 shots he faced in the Penguins' 5-0 win over the Islanders on Monday. NHL.com
Insight: All the attention was on Sidney Crosby on Monday night, but Fleury was impressive in his own right. He has done his part to help the Pens through their time without Sid, posting an 11-3-1 record with a 1.90 GAA, .930 SV%, and 2 SO.

4/23/2011 2:09:00 PM
Description: Marc-Andre Fleury was pulled in the second period of Game 5 against Tampa Bay after allowing four goals on 14 shots. Yahoo Sports
Insight: Fleury entered this game with a 1.83 GAA in four games against the Bolts in this series, so he finally fell victim to the Bolts' potent scoring. Expect him to be back between the pipes for Game 6 against Tampa on Monday.
