Insight: Neshek has been previously diagnosed with a sore flexor tendon in his right middle finger. He is eligible to return from the DL on May 12, but may not return until closer to June. (SportsBuff.com)

Insight: Neshek is a little over a year removed from Tommy John surgery and does appear to be making decent progress in his recovery. He is likely to settle back into a set-up role, but could pick up a few saves if the Twins' use a committee approach or one guy can't nail down the job in Joe Nathan's (right elbow) absence.
