Insight: The 24-year-old has done everything expected of him with 20 homers and 51 RBI in 295 at-bats. We'd like to see him strike out a bit less (league-leading 114 Ks) and steal a few more bases (5), but all-in-all its been an excellent beginning to hopefully a long career.

Description: Astros right fielder George Springer capped a miserable series by striking out four times Sunday against Tampa Bay.
Insight: All our worst fears about Springer are coming true. A .302 career hitter in the minor leagues, Springer's long swing and lack of a two-strike approach have caused him to strike out 76 times in his first 200 major league at bats. It seems contact will always be an issue for Springer but at least his power hasn't gone away (12 HR, .470 slugging percentage).
