"I think it's my fifth game right now and I definitely feeling more comfortable the more games I'm playing here," Johnson said. "I think getting in a couple more games within a week's period time or a couple weeks is nice, and tonight I felt really good."
Boston was without forwards Shawn Thornton, Loui Eriksson and Chris Kelly and defensemen Adam McQuaid and Johnny Boychuk.
Peter Holland had a goal and an assist for the Leafs, who had a two-game winning streak snapped. Jay McClement also scored.

Iginla lit the lamp with four minutes remaining to give Boston a 4-2 lead. Bergeron added an empty-net goal with 11 seconds to play.
"The first period it seemed like we had our legs, we were doing a lot of things," said Toronto coach Randy Carlyle. "Then we take the one penalty and their (tying) goal kind of flattened us and the next thing you know we're killing (a penalty) again right after. And it was bang-bang, all of a sudden they scored two goals and the life went out of our hockey club."
Boston went 2-for-3 on the power play, while Toronto went 0-for-4 on the man advantage ... The Bruins placed Kelly on long-term injured reserve and put McQuaid on IR.
