Insight: NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports Peterson's paid leave is "not considered discipline" by the NFL, so a suspension should be on its way. Insight: Peterson reached a no-contest plea deal to reduce his charge and avoid jail time. The running back obviously wants to return to the field, and since he paid his dues in the legal system, he should be allowed to. But will the Roger Goodell agree and how long will it take for the commissioner to decide remains to be seen. Regardless, Peterson needs to be claimed in all leagues.

Do not drop Matt Asiata yet as there is at least a 50/50 chance that Peterson will again be inactive in Week 3.
