NOTES:The LPGA Tour travels to Brazil this week for the HSBC LPGA Brasil Cup
2010 at Itanhanga Golf Club in Rio De Janeiro. There are 27 players in the field for this special event. Only two players ranked in the top-20 in the world are in the field: Angela Stanford (9) and defending champion Catriona Matthew (17). Stanford lost in the final last week to Sun Young Yoo at the Sybase Match Play Championship. Five players who competed in last year's event are competing this week; Angela Park, Matthew, Kristy McPherson, Eun-Hee Ji and Allison Fouch.

This tournament is an international golf exhibition. It is not an official event on the LPGA Tour and money is not official. The tournament will take place on Saturday and Sunday. Last year, Matthew fired two rounds of 69 to finish at six-under-par 138 and defeat Kristy McPherson by five shots. Matthew was the only player in the field to post a sub-70 round. Matthew won the event, just five months before giving birth to her second daughter, Sophie.

The purse was increased by $200,000 from last year.

The LPGA Tour travels to Illinois in two weeks for the State Farm Classic in Springfield, where In-Kyung Kim will defend her title.
