The LPGA Tour travels to Jamaica this week for the inaugural Mojo 6 at Cinnamon Hill Golf Course at Rose Hall in Montego Bay. There are 16 players in the field for this special event. Five of the top 10 players in the world will be teeing it up -- 2010 Kraft Nabisco Championship winner Yani Tseng (2), Suzann Pettersen (4), Cristie Kerr (6), Anna Nordqvist (7) and Angela Stanford (10).

The format for this event is known as Raceway Golf, which is a new and innovative golf format introduced by Mojo Marketing and Media designed to showcase the intense competition and rivalries in golf and take the sport to a new level.

This event will be played Thursday and Friday. The 16 players will play out a series of six-hole matches to determine a winner. On Thursday, the top-ranked player will select her opponent first, followed by the next highest-ranked player until eight matches are created. On Thursday, each player has three separate six-hole matches to accumulate points to establish a day one ranking from one to 16. Each hole won is worth one point and each match victory is worth one bonus point for a maximum of seven points per match. One half point will be awarded to each player in the case of a tie for each hole. Players will be re-ranked at the end of each match, and the highest-ranked player will choose her opponent first, followed by the next highest-ranked player until eight matches are created. At the end of the day, players will be ranked based on final points. Hole one will be played in the event of a tie for eighth place. The top eight players move on to Friday and compete in a tournament bracket single-elimination, where three match wins crown the champion. The winner will receive $350,000 with every player earning at least $25,000.

The holes being used on the Cinnamon Hill Golf Club in order are; 7, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

The LPGA Tour travels to Mexico in two weeks for the Tres Marias Championship, where world No. 1 Lorena Ochoa will defend her title in her home country.
