Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Butler football will kick off its 2011 season by hosting Albion on Sept. 3 - one of the Bulldogs' five games in an 11-game schedule.

All of Butler's other home games will be against Pioneer Football League opponents: Drake (Sept. 24); Valparaiso (Oct. 15); Marist (Oct. 22); and Davidson (Nov. 5).

Coach Jeff Voris' team finished 4-7 overall and 2-6 in the PFL last season.
