Tallahassee, FL (Sports Network) - Michael Snaer led all scorers with 21
points, and the Florida State Seminoles fended off the Boston College Eagles,
69-66, in Atlantic Coast Conference play at the Tucker Center.
Okaro White chipped in with 13 points and eight rebounds to help the Seminoles
(14-11, 6-6 ACC) get back in the win column after losing three of their
previous four contests.
Olivier Hanlan had 19 points to pace the Eagles (11-14, 3-9), while Ryan
Anderson (11 rebounds) and Patrick Heckmann scored 10 apiece.
FSU grabbed a 12-point lead -- its largest of the game -- at the 6:11 mark of
the opening frame. However, BC rallied to cut the deficit to 31-26 at the

Both teams shot better than 50 percent from the perimeter in the contest, but
FSU was slightly more efficient from the floor and the free-throw line, and
the Seminoles also outscored the Eagles inside the paint, 30-20.
