(Tuesday, November 13) Final Score: USC 62, Long Beach State 44 Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - Eric Wise recorded a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds as the USC Trojans stifled the Long Beach State 49ers, 62-44, at the Galen Center. J.T. Terrell and Ari Stewart also scored 10 points for USC (2-0), while Dewayne Dedmon tallied eight points and 10 boards. For Long Beach State (1-1), Mike Caffey put up 17 points and James Ennis added 13 points, but the rest of the team combined for just 14 points total. The 49ers led for most of the game's first 10 minutes before USC took control to take a 29-24 lead into the break. Long Beach State came back to tie the game at 35-35 with 15 minutes to play in the second half, but it scored just nine more points the rest of the way.
