(Friday, November 9) Final Score: Colorado 74, Wofford 59 Boulder, CO (Sports Network) - Josh Scott led the way with 14 points as the Colorado Buffaloes downed the Wofford Terriers, 74-59, in a non-league tilt at the Coors Events Center. For the Buffs (1-0), Askia Booker and Spencer Dinwiddie each chipped in 13 points. Karl Cochran led all scorers with 22 points for the Terriers (0-1) and Spencer Collins added 16 as the duo combined to shoot 10-of-23 behind the three-point line. The Buffs shot 42.9 percent from the floor while holding the Terriers to just 34.6 percent shooting, as the hosts took a 34-23 lead into intermission. After the break, Colorado improved to 47.4 percent shooting but Wofford continued to struggle, making only 37.1 percent from the field, but did manage to hit on 8-of-22 from beyond the three-point arc. The Buffs used a 21-2 advantage at the free-throw line in the second half to secure the victory.
