Suffered a preseason foot fracture that required surgery heading into his final campaign with Vanderbilt, but still managed to fight his way back and start the final four games of the 2009 season...Stone finished his career ranked second among active Commodores with 24.5 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks...Shared team lead with five sacks as a junior when he started all 13 games for Vandy...Came into his own in 2007 when he became the starting defensive end and finished the year seventh on the squad with 45 tackles...Stone is technically sound at the position, understanding all of the moves, but it is just a question of getting back to the form that earned him a spot in the starting lineup in the first place.
