| | | First-Team All-Big East in 2009...Second-Team All-Big East in 2008...After raising some red flags when he skipped the Rutgers pro day because of a reported stomach virus and sore hamstring, Davis did hold a private workout and was extremely impressive...A powerful man who is light on his feet at 325 pounds...Showed the ability to both run and pass block effectively while at Rutgers...Played against some standout defenders in the Big East and got the job done...Was a winner in college...Can block downfield, erasing linebackers and safeties...Biggest concern is attitude/desire, as Davis hasn't always exhibited the fire that makes good linemen great...Davis is a wall of a man, and should help solidify the 49ers' offensive line. |
