Description: Astros C J.R. Towles made a slight adjustment in his stance and wants to capitalize on the chance to be the Astros' starting catcher. 'I'm feeling good and (am) seeing the ball real well,' said Towles. 'Right now, it's working for me, so I don't need to change anything.' SOURCE: UltimateAstros.com
Insight: Any Astros catcher should only be drafted in NL-only leagues. Towles failed to deliver on the hype that surrounded him and needs to prove he can hit MLB pitching before he is worth using in fantasy.
