NCAA Game Summary - Drake at Rice

Houston, TX (Sports Network) - Dylan Ennis tallied 17 points, six boards, and six assists as the Rice Owls were able to fend off the Drake Bulldogs 74-68 in the second round of the CollegeInsider.com Tournament at Tudor Fieldhouse.
Arsalan Kazemi and Ahmad Ibrahim scored 11 points apiece for Rice (19-15), with Kazemi also grabbing 13 rebounds. Jarelle Reischel added 10 points for the Owls, who will await for the conclusion of the second round to see who it will play in the quarterfinals.
For Drake (18-16), Rayvonte Rice scored a game-high 23 points and Ben Simons wasn't far behind with 21 points. Kurt Alexander netted 13 points and Jeremy Jeffers chipped in 11 for the Bulldogs.
Even though Rice outshot Drake from the floor in the first half, 48.1 percent to 38.5 percent, it was the Bulldogs who took a 35-32 lead into halftime, thanks in part to hitting five three-pointers and draining 10-of-13 from the free-throw line.
The Owls took the advantage after the break by connecting on 13-of-22 (59.1 percent) from the floor and 13-of-17 (76.5 percent) from the foul line in the second stanza.
Rice held the advantage on the glass, outrebounding the Bulldogs 36-27.
