 Winnipeg,  MB  (SportsNetwork.com) -  Andrew Hammond turned  aside 35 shots to
 lead the Ottawa Senators in a 3-1 victory over the Winnipeg Jets on Wednesday.
 Kyle  Turris  had a goal and  an assist while  Bobby Ryan and Erik Condra also
 scored  for the Senators, who have won six of their last seven. Michael Frolik
 scored  the only goal of the game for the Jets, who have dropped four of their
 last six. Michael  Hutchinson allowed three goals on 17 shots and was replaced
 with  just  over eight  minutes to play  in the second  by Ondrej Pavelec, who
 stopped all three shots he faced.
 
 
                   Final Score: Detroit 2, NY Rangers 1 (OT)
 
 Detroit,  MI (SportsNetwork.com) - Marek Zidlicky scored 1:09 into overtime to
 give  the Detroit Red  Wings a 2-1 win over the New York Rangers on Wednesday.
 Acquired by the Red Wings from New Jersey at the trade deadline, Zidlicky paid
 dividends  with a power-play goal in the extra session. Henrik Zetterberg, who
 returned  from a  four-game absence due to  injury, sent a short pass from the
 right circle to  the front of the net for Pavel Datsyuk, who turned around and
 tried  to jam  the puck in. Cam Talbot  made the stop, but the puck sat in the
 slot  and  Zidlicky was  able to  take a swipe  at it,  with the puck bouncing
 over Talbot  and in for the victory. Justin  Abdelkader scored  the other goal
 while  Jimmy Howard  made 39  saves  for the  Red  Wings, who  have won  three
 straight.  Dan Girardi  scored the only goal  of the game for the Rangers, who
 had won five of six coming in. Talbot made 29 stops.
 
 
                       Final Score: Anaheim 3, Montreal 1
 
 Anaheim,  CA  (SportsNetwork.com) -  John Gibson was  strong between the pipes
 once again as he made 37 saves to lift the Anaheim Ducks to a 3-1 win over the
 Montreal  Canadiens  on Wednesday Francois  Beauchemin, Rickard Rakell and Cam
 Fowler all scored for the Ducks, who have won four straight games and seven of
 their  last  eight.  Gibson is  now  6-1-0  in  his  last seven  starts.  Alex
 Galchenyuk  scored a late power-play goal and Carey Price stopped 30 shots for
 Montreal, which was coming off a 4-0 loss to San Jose on Monday.
 
 
                     Final Score: Colorado 3, Pittsburgh 1
 
 Denver,  CO (SportsNetwork.com) - Semyon Varlamov stopped 28 shots to lead the
 Colorado  Avalanche  in a 3-1  win over  the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday.
 Gabriel  Landeskog  had a goal and  two assists while Jarome Iginla and Nathan
 MacKinnon lit the lamp for the Avalanche, who had lost two of three coming in.
 Evgeni  Malkin had the only goal of the game for the Penguins, who had a four-
 game  winning  streak broken. Marc-Andre Fleury  allowed all three goals on 22
