Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Darius Morris had 17 points, Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 16 and Michigan rallied to beat Illinois, 60-55, in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament.

The fourth-seeded Wolverines (20-12) erased a 12-point deficit in the second half and now will face Ohio State in Saturday's semifinals.
