Nurnberg, Germany (Sports Network) - Arthur Abraham of Germany retained his WBO super middleweight title with a technical knockout over Mehdi Bouadla of France in the eighth round Saturday night.

Abraham (36-3, 28 KOs) dominated until the referee stopped the one-sided contest in the eighth round. Bouadla's (26-5, 11 KOs) vision was blurry due to streaming blood.
