=== Lenhart tabbed as MLS Player of the Week ===
New York, NY (Sports Network) - San Jose Earthquakes forward Steven Lenhart
was named the Major League Soccer Player of the Week for Week 8 on Monday.
Lenhart scored two goals in San Jose's 2-1 win over the Philadelphia Union on
Saturday at PPL Park after coming off the bench in the 60th minute.
Fellow substitute Marvin Chavez set up Lenhart's first goal with a chipped
pass that was headed past goalkeeper Zac MacMath.
And after the Union had equalized and the match entered stoppage time, Chavez
and Lenhart teamed up again to score a late winner with Lenhart nodding home a
driven cross from Chavez from close range.
