Notes:
2011: Selected by Houston in 1st round (14th overall) of the NBA Draft...2013: Traded to Phoenix for a 2013 2nd round draft pick; Feb. 20th...2014: Signed with Boston to a four-year contract extension worth $20 million.

A Second-Team All-American that took a huge step forward in his junior season averaging a team-best 17.2 ppg and 7.6 rpg for Kansas, en route to All_Big 12 Player of the Year..Also landed all the conference`s First Team and was tabbed as the Big 12 Conference Championship Most Outstanding Player...A pure post scorer that has a variety of moves that make it hard for opponents to handle...Above average ball handling skills both in and out of the paint...Can square up and beat a defender off the dribble, but works best with his back to the rim...Consistently looks to improve his game and as a junior expanded his jump shot range...Is an above average rebounder who is not afraid to crash the boards...An extremely hard worker and uses his toughness to his advantage at the defensive end of the floor...Lacks ideal size for where he likes to play which may cause some problems initially at the next level...Not very quick and does not have an explosive first step.
