Description: The Ravens have re-signed fullback Vonta Leach to a two-year contract, according to Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.com.
Insight: Dennis Pitta's season-ending injury precipitated a reunion with Leach, as the team will now use rookie Kyle Juszcsyk as the backup tight end and H-back instead of at fullback. Leach is one of the top blocking fullbacks in the NFL, so his presence certainly helps Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce.

Description: According to the Newark Star-Ledger, free agent fullback Vonta Leach is expected to re-sign with Baltimore.
Insight: The Ravens cut Leach last month but now they're looking to bring him back on a one-year deal. Leach only carried the ball himself nine times last season but he's an excellent blocker. Running backs Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce would certainly welcome Leach's return to Baltimore.

Description: According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, it will be a "major upset" if free agent fullback Vonta Leach doesn't sign with the Miami Dolphins.
Insight: Leach doesn't have any fantasy value on his own, but he has paved the way for top-notch rushers Arian Foster and Ray Rice over the last few years and has been regarded as one of the top blocking fullbacks in football. Having Leach clearing the road would certainly help Lamar Miller's fantasy value.

Description: According to the New York Daily News, free agent fullback Vonta Leach could be headed to the Giants.
Insight: ESPN's John Clayton reported Friday that Leach will decide on what team he's going to play for sometime in the next week. Leach was let go by Baltimore earlier this month when the two sides couldn't find a middle ground in contract negotiations. Whatever team ends up signing Leach will be getting a three-time Pro Bowler with seven touchdowns (three rushing, four receiving) in 124 career games.

Description: Several teams have shown an interest in free agent fullback Vonta Leach.
Insight: Leach was let go by Baltimore on Tuesday because of a contract dispute. Leach visited the Dolphins on Wednesday and the Giants are interested as well. Leach says that his first choice would be to play for the Texans but he'd probably go anywhere if the money is right.

Description: According to the Baltimore Sun, the Ravens are expected to release or trade fullback Vonta Leach.
Insight: The two sides couldn't work out a salary compromise. Leach, a three-time Pro Bowler and one of the best blocking backs in the league, should draw plenty of interest from other teams.

Description: Fullback Vonta Leach is probable for the AFC Championship on Sunday against New England with knee and ankle problems.
Insight: Leach has no fantasy value himself, but his presence in the lineup makes the Ravens running game much better. If Leach can't go there would be a very slight reduction to the value of Ray Rice.

Description: Fullback Vonta Leach is questionable for Saturday's AFC Divisional Playoff against Denver with knee and ankle problems.
Insight: Leach is thought to be one of the best blocking fullback in the NFL though he has no fantasy value. However, his absence would lower expectations for Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce.

Description: Free agent fullback Vonta Leach has an idea of what teams he would like to play for once the lockout is over. According to Adam Schein of Fox Sports, Leach has listed the New York Giants, Seattle Seahawks, and San Diego Chargers as teams he'd be interested in playing for.

Insight: Leach is currently the best fullback in the NFL. He was ranked as the 60th best player currently in the NFL according to the NFL Networks top 100 current NFL players list.

Description: The Houston Texans are weighing their options as to whether or not to sign All-Pro FB Vonta Leach for the 2011 season and beyond.
Insight: The general consensus in the NFL is that it's safer to overpay for a workhorse fullback rather than start the season without one. Leach has proven a valuable asset to RB Arian Foster and QB Matt Schaub and it would be a shame for Foster owners to see him leave. James Casey is a decent option, but he's not Leach.

Description: The Robesonian reports that Leach was arrested this week on assault charges and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 18.
Insight: Leach is not really a fantasy option himself, but if he were to miss any time, it could certainly hurt the running success of Steve Slaton. We'll see what comes of the charges. (SportsBuff.com)

Description: Leach is a blocking back who has carried the ball three times in his six-year NFL career. He does have two TD's in those carries.
Insight: Just imagine if he got ten carries this season - that would seven TD's!!! Leach plays on special teams, but is a fantasy non-factor. (SportsBuff.com)
