Insight: He tallied seven strikeouts over seven shutout frames. Arroyo's 3.35 ERA this season is his lowest since 2006.
Insight: Arroyo got roughed up in his last outing (8 H, 5 ER in 5 2/3 IP versus Cleveland) but he looked plenty sharp in Monday's win over the Rockies (8 IP, 4 H, 0 ER, 3 K's, 0 BB). The veteran is 6-5 with a 3.38 ERA in 12 starts this season.
