Insight: While the team hasn't made the decision official yet, it seems obvious that Cingrani will be the guy after he was scratched from his Triple-A start Friday night. Cingrani went 2-0 with a 3.27 ERA and 41 strikeouts in 33 innings in his first stint with the Reds this season (also replacing Cueto), is 3-0 with a 1.15 ERA and 49 strikeouts in 31 1/3 innings with Triple-A Louisville this season and is 16-6 with a 1.65 ERA and 301 strikeouts in 228 2/3 innings over his minor league career. He should be owned in all leagues.
