Glasgow, Scotland (Sports Network) - Ricky Burns retained his WBO Lightweight title with a split-draw against challenger Raymundo Beltran on Saturday.
Beltran (28-6-1) appeared to have done enough to take the title from Burns (36-2-1), scoring a knockdown and landing a number of clean shots, but the judges saw the fight a different way.
The scores were 115-112 for Burns, 115-113 for Beltran and 114-114, leaving Burns in possession of the belt.
