Final Score: Chicago 1, Minnesota 0

St. Paul, MN (SportsNetwork.com) - Patrick Kane scored the game's lone goal
and Corey Crawford turned aside all 30 shots he faced to lift the Chicago
Blackhawks to a 1-0 victory over the Minnesota Wild for a 3-0 series
stranglehold in the Western Conference semifinals on Tuesday. Kane scored for
the fourth straight game and Crawford notched his fourth career
postseason shutout for the Blackhawks, who won their first Game 3 on the
road since May 5, 2010 against Vancouver, ending a seven-game skid. Devan
Dubnyk's solid 21-save effort was not enough for the Wild, who had a string
of five consecutive Game 3 wins come to an end. Chicago will look to
complete the series sweep Thursday at Xcel Energy Center.

Final Score: Calgary 4 Anaheim 3 (OT)

Calgary, AB (SportsNetwork.com) - Mikael Backlund scored 4:24 into overtime as
the Calgary Flames grabbed a 4-3 win over the Anaheim Ducks in Game 3 of their
Western Conference semifinal series. With a delayed penalty call on Anaheim,
the Flames got Karri Ramo out of the net for an extra attacker and controlled
the puck in the Anaheim end. Backlund received a pass from Dennis Wideman at
the right point and slid over to the high slot where his big slap shot
found its way through a maze of bodies for the victory. Johnny Gaudreau tied
the game late in regulation while Joe Colborne and Brandon Bollig also
scored for the Flames, who still trail the best-of-seven series, 2-1. Ramo
finished with 18 stops. Corey Perry, Patrick Maroon and Matt Beleskey all
scored for the Ducks, who got 17 saves from Frederik Andersen in the
loss, Anaheim's first of the playoffs. Game 4 is set for Friday night in
 Calgary.
