Description: Capitals netminder Braden Holtby had a tremendous series, but he wasn't able to win Game 7 in the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Rangers.
Insight: Holtby made 37 saves in the game, but he couldn't control a rebound and then make a second straight save on a Derek Stepan shot. The only other goal Holtby allowed was on the power play. Kevin Hayes scored a beautiful goal that Holtby had no chance of stopping. The Rangers won Game 7 in overtime, 2-1. Holtby finishes the 2015 postseason 6-7 with a 1.71 GAA and a .944 save percentage.

Insight: Washington needed every single one of those saves, winning, 1-0. That was Holtby's first shutout of the postseason. He has allowed just four goals in the first three games versus the Rangers in the Eastern Conference semifinals. Holtby is 5-4 with a .942 save percentage this postseason. Insight: Holtby made 35 saves on 37 chances, but it wasn't enough as his counterpart, Jaroslav Halak, only allowed one goal. The final New York goal was an empty-netter. Holtby is 2-3 in the series, but he has allowed just two goals in the last 58 shots he has faced. Game 7 is on Monday.

Insight: It's a tough break for the Capitals, who already trail in the series, 1-0. Holtby is sick, so Philipp Grubauer will get his first career NHL playoff start. Grubauer has played well this season, but it was in the AHL at Hershey.

Insight: Holtby faced just 20 shots, turning aside 19 of them. He continues to excell in every single fantasy category with a 28-12-9 record, .925 save percentage and a 2.15 GAA with six shutouts this season.
