Iowa City, IA (Sports Network) - Drew Crawford registered a game-high 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead the Northwestern Wildcats to a 70-66 win over the Iowa Hawkeyes in a Big Ten Conference tilt at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

JerShon Cobb added 13 points to help pace Northwestern (18-12, 8-10 Big Ten) in the win.

The Hawkeyes shot 52.6 percent from the field during the opening period of play, but the Wildcats used an 11-of-13 effort at the foul line to gain the upper-hand and earn a 42-35 halftime edge.

The Huskies made good on a lackluster 41.7 percent of their attempts from the field during the final 20 minutes, but were able to stave off a late Iowa rally at the other end of the court to escape with a four-point decision.
