Out12/15/2008 10:43:00 PM
Description: Vanden Bosch is expected to miss the final two games of the regular season following surgery on his injured groin. He missed Sunday's loss to the Texans.
Insight: Because of all the time Vanden Bosch has missed this season with the injury, his owners should already have alternate plans in place. Use them if you're in your league's title game. (
Out12/12/2008 10:59:00 PM
Description: Vanden Bosch has been ruled out for Sunday. He missed practice all week because of a groin injury that has bothered him for more than half of the year.
Insight: Great, just when it looked like we had him back, Vanden Bosch doesn't look like he'll be a real IDP option at playoff time. Jacob Ford and Dave Ball get a little boost in value at least. (
11/23/2008 9:31:00 AM
Description: NFL Network reports that DE Kyle Vanden Bosch is expected to return to the lineup today. He remains a very risky IDP option, though, as it's been a while since he was effective -- even when he has started. (
Questionable11/15/2008 12:31:00 PM
Description: Vanden Bosch missed practice on Friday with the same injured groin that has been bugging him for a while. He's listed as questionable.
Insight: Although he has started two of the past four games, Vanden Bosch has basically missed all four. He's not a safe play until he proves himself healthy through an entire game. (
Doubtful11/15/2008 12:21:00 PM
Description: Vanden Bosch did not practice this week due to an injured groin and is not expected to play Sunday against the Jaguars.
Insight: Vanden Bosch started the season strong with three sacks in four games but has been unable to get back to 100 percent. (

Description: DE Kyle Vanden Bosch is inactive today. (
11/9/2008 8:39:00 AM
Description: DE Kyle Vanden Bosch will be a game-time decision today, as the team will have to see how his injured groin holds up in pregame workouts. Vanden Bosch has essentially missed the past three games. He was only inactive for one, but he left early in the first quarter of each of the other two. He's not a strong IDP option today and shouldn't be back in lineups until we have reason to believe that his groin is significantly healthier. (
11/2/2008 11:00:00 AM
Description: As expected, DE Kyle Vanden Bosch is active and will start for the Titans today. His injured groin still makes him an iffy IDP proposition, though. (
11/2/2008 9:49:00 AM
Description: DE Kyle Vanden Bosch remains listed as questionable for today's game against Green Bay, but he was back in full practice this week after missing essentially two games with a groin injury. He did start against the Chiefs two weeks ago but lasted just three downs before coming out. He's an iffy IDP starter, particularly against a Packers offense that doesn't give up a ton of sacks. (
Probable10/31/2008 1:51:00 PM
Description: Vanden Bosch returned to full practice this week after essentially missing the past two games with a groin injury. It looks like he'll probably play on Sunday.
Insight: The nearness of the groin issue and a less-than-favorable matchup with Green Bay leave the Titans right end as an unspectacular IDP option this week. (
10/26/2008 12:30:00 PM
Description: DE Kyle Vanden Bosch returned to practice Saturday and hopes to play Monday night. He started last week, though, and was only able to make it through three plays before coming out. He is not a safe IDP option this week. (
10/19/2008 11:13:00 AM
Description: DE Kyle Vanden Bosch will start today despite the groin injury he suffered in Week 5. He's a good IDP option against the Chiefs. (
Questionable10/17/2008 8:10:00 PM
Description: Vanden Bosch was limited in practice this week by the groin injury he suffered in Week 5. He's listed as questionable.
Insight: We might have to wait until Sunday to get word on whether he'll start. If he does, Vanden Bosch has a tremendous matchup with the Chiefs. (
Hot9/22/2008 9:10:00 PM
