Was highly productive in both of his seasons at Saint Mary`s...Averaged 18.4 ppg and 3.9 apg as a sophomore...Also recorded 2.2 spg in 2008-09...Mills is a terrific leader who plays with a ton of passion...Highly competitive player who makes his teammates better...Likely would have benefited from another year or two in college...Did not play against a high level of competition in the West Coast Conference...At 6-0, Mills does not possess great size, and he is not an explosive athlete...More of a scorer than a pure shooter...Not considered an top-flight talent, but Mills can still help an NBA team.
